The restaurant.

Pink Salt is a refreshing experience.  We offer shared, nourishing, wholesome and diverse food with a Mediterranean accent. Our cuisine comprises of contemporary Australian comfort style food on an elevated level.  Our guests are welcome to enjoy as little or as much as they like as we offer lunch, snacks, and dinner. Our Head chef draws on his diverse food experience, bringing  you dishes that are abundant in flavour and generous.  He makes sure to source only the freshest of ingredients to give you food that is wholesome, plentiful and buzzing with flavour.

The Bar.

Behind our eight metre oregon topped bar you will find our smiling mixologists shaking, stirring and pouring you a slew of traditional and original cocktails. Our wine list reflects the best on offer from around Australia and the world. We have a mixture of traditional and craft beer and of course liquor. No bar is complete without a DJ, most Friday and Saturday nights you can sip away whilst listening to tunes from our resident DJ.

The Space.

The interior design and decor by AZBcreative is a collection of inspiration that speak of travels through Buenos Aires to New York, Barcelona to Trieste, hotels of old and fabulous eating houses in Europe steeped in history.  The design is a luxurious reflection of wonderful patinas, textures and materials.The outside dining conservatory is a nod to the new industrial, with travelling vines on an overhead pergola. One hundred year old wooden sleepers create the perimeter wall and antique concrete pots feature lush plants. For the downstairs, restaurant inspiration was drawn by hotel-foyer style with hand cut carrera marble tiles to buttery leather upholstered banquettes. Blackened steel internal arches reach up to the ceiling, concrete and wax rendered walls and a custom designed brass curved shelving unit is filled with objects collected over time. The upstairs interior is Loft-like with exposed ceilings and hand blown smokey glass light fittings, textural wall paper, navy leather booths mixed with the eight metre oregon topped bar.
