Pink Salt Functions

 

Pink Salt is a beautiful sophisticated Modern Australian Restaurant & Bar. Our French chandeliers, white marble bars and luscious cocktail and menus make a great social function.

 

Our location is central and set amongst the stylish cosmopolitan area of Double Bay. With easy parking and 5 mins to Sydney nightclub hot spots it’s a great way to start the evening or leisurely end the night relaxing in our Martini Bar.

 

Lunch time and afternoon get together for business lunches or ladies lunches are a perfect setting for summer! Or enjoy the night ambience for corporate evenings, Birthday dinner and social soirées – Pink Salt can attend to all your function needs.

Cocktails & Canapés Functions

 

Our Martini Bar is a great area to enjoy relaxed get together with friends. You may simply choose to come in and purchase drinks from the bar and order food from our delectable bar menu.

 

We have the capacity to hold groups from 20 pax to 250pax.

 

However if you would like to organize something more structured then we have the below packages for you to browse through.

 

Some of these packages include beverage packages for your convenience. However, these are structured from our selected wine list. If you would prefer premium wines simply ask the Functions Manager to arrange a premium proposal for you.

 

Group bookings must be 10 or more people

 

Basic Canapés Packages:

 

Canapés Package A: 3 savoury + 2 dessert $25/head

Canapés Package B:6 savoury + 3 dessert $40/head

Canapés Package C: 10 savoury + 5 dessert $55/head

 

• Dessert canapés cannot be swapped for savoury ones. If you would like an extra canapés you may choose one for and additional $4/per person.

Package 5: $70/head

  • ONE cocktail on arrival
  • Canapés package – 6 savoury + 3 dessert
  • 2 HOUR beverage package (includes house beer, wine & champagne)

Package 6: $80/head

  • ONE cocktail on arrival
  • Canapés package – 10 savoury + 5 dessert
  • 2 HOUR beverage package (includes house beer, wine & champagne)

Package 7: $95/head

  • ONE cocktail on arrival
  • Canapés package – 10 savoury + 5 dessert
  • 3 HOUR beverage package (includes house beer, wine & champagne)

All group bookings incur a 5% service charge.

 

Restaurant Function Dining (sit down)

You may prefer a more conventional culinary experience for your function. Starting with a few canapés on arrival then a sit down affair or simply a small intimate dinner degustation style. Either way – Pink Salt can cater to your function needs.

 

We have the capacity to hold group dinners as small as 10pax or up to 150pax dining.

Basic Set menus:

2 course $55/head (entrée & mains or mains & dessert)

3 course $65/head (entrée & mains & dessert)

*you may also substitute 4 canapés for a course as well

Pink Salt is famous for their pink fluffy cupcakes – a perfect in eat or take-away option. If ordered in advance for large groups we can arrange cup cake tiers for birthdays with sparklers. Otherwise they are available on the a la carte menu.

 

Birthday Cakes:

 

Small: $55/cake (5-8pax)

 

Large: $75/cake (10-12pax)

 

Bringing in your own cake / dessert incurs a $25/cakeage charge.

 

 

BEVERAGE PACKAGES

When making a reservation here at Pink Salt or a group function booking, you may prefer a Beverage Package for our guests.

 

Beverage packages are ideal if you would like your per head cost upfront. You may choose to do both a Beverage Package and a Bar Tab.

 

Pick one package that suits you and run a bar tab for that period before and after the package. You may even like to start the night with a cocktail per guest then move to a beverage package later or once seated.

 

Either way, Pink Salt is very flexible with your drink options. We have a cash bar available all night to your patrons so they are able to purchase spirits, cocktails or any other drink NOT included in your package.

These are also available to purchase in 2 hour to 4 hour duration periods
