Our chefs explore contemporary Australian cuisine with a Mediterranean accent.

Everything is made in the kitchens at Pink Salt from flavour-full sauces, every kind of pasta to creamy ice creams. We grow our own zucchinni flowers and source most of our grassfed beef from Glenburn farm in Jambaroo down south.

We also love using cutting edge techniques to keep surprising our regulars. We buy seasonal produce that we handle with care. We keep things simple and flavourful. Everything on the plate goes together to make a melodious dish. You can always expect fast and fresh inviting dishes.
